Annoying Weird Sound

Ok so I been trying to figure this out since for the past 3 to 4 weeks. Everytime I drive over bumpy surfaces, I keep hearing this sort of clinging sound. It sounds like a set of dishes moving around up and down hitting each other. Yesterday when I got home and closed my door, I heard the sound again. It almost seems like somethings loose in the hood area but I can't pinpointed it. Then just right now when I got to school, the noise has gotten worse. I wasn't even driving on a bumpy surface and I still heard it. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Well I did some troubleshooting and this sound is coming from my hood on the left driver side where the hindge is. I figured this was probably the case because whenever I'm driving at higher speeds I notice that my hood wobbles around sometimes. I sure hope this is an easy fix.
