Another amp install question!

So I've done some searching and haven't found the right info I need. I have a '98 SR5 with the rear heater. I want to install an amp for a sub, but am not sure where to place it. I originally wanted to put it under one of my front seats, but the rear heater is under the passenger seat, and there is some electronic box under the drivers seat. I don't want it to take up any space in the cargo bay and I'm not sure how to accomplish that now. Is there enough room behind the trim panels in cargo bay to mount it? It is 9 15/16" wide, 2 5/16" high, and 9 1/16 long (Alpine MRX-M55). I using a JL Stealth Box setup for the Sub. Thanks for the help in advance.

I fold them down alot and use that space. Maybe I'll try close to the top to maximize the usable space.
