Another member in the family!! (5 pics)

Ive had my 4Runner for a few weeks now, and just made my first post here a little while back. Now, I am proud to announce we have another member in the family, the 4Runner family that is. My Dad was so impressed with my Runner and seeing all the beautiful ones on here, he decided to go and pick one up himself. So far he loves it as much as I love mine....and as an added bonus, I'll be getting a referral fee!

He got a Titanium Silver SR5, to go along with my Galactic Gray SR5. It's actually kinda funny, because I was looking on here last week and saw where alpha posted about his Dad's new truck, and both our dad's have the Silver, and we both have the Gray. (I swear we didn't intentionally mean to copy you )

I have been seeing a lot of twins lately. That is a very nice pair you have there. They both look great! It must be funny having two 4Runners in the garage!

Congratulation. Your dad made a great choice. I wish mine did the same thing instead of buying Buick. Now since you have join this forum prepare some $$$ for all great mods and accessories because You will see a lot of them on this forum and I'm sure You'll want at least few of them in your truck.

Oh, what does your mom happen to drive? If it's a Pilot, I may just have to think about the copying thing.. Haha , but seriously, no gripes about it. Glad to see 2 4runners in the family

Oh, I forgot to ask in my other post, what car did your dad drive before he went into a 4Runner? I am now trying to persuade my uncle to get a 4Runner when he gets a new car.

My dad also loves my 4Runner, although part of it is his. Hopefully his next car will be a 4Runner as well!

Thanks for all the replies everyone. It's pretty awesome having 2 4Runners in the garage, but it does make for a tight squeeze sometimes (we had to do some rearranging in there to get them to fit). We don't have to worry about that all the time though, my parents live up in the northern part of the state, and I live closer to Atlanta.

I have already started to save some $$$ for some mods and accessories. I just purchased a cargo mat for the back area, had add on some UGA accessories (front license plate, trailer hitch cover, and back license plate frame) and probably my next one will be to upgrade to the Scion factory CD player that I have heard so much about on here. Its hard being on here and seeing so many incredible mods, it makes you want to go out and try some yourself. I've just got to cool it and remember that I still have to pay for this truck before I go out and start "modding".

Don't worry alpha, my mom doesn't drive a Pilot, so you have nothing to worry about. (Although I do like the Pilot a lot !) My Dad was driving a Ford F150 previously, and in fact his last few vehicles have been Ford's. But, it didn't take much to get him to change his ways, and convert. Thanks again everyone!!!
