another p1130 problem

on my way to school, my check engine light went on so after class went to pep boys to do a diagnostic test to figure out the code...p1130 air/fuel sensor. I bought a new MAF sensor about a year ago, so i'm assuming its not the sensor. However, i checked the sensor i cleaned it with MAF sensor cleaner. The check engine light is still on and now, when i start my car it revs super high on a warm start as if it was a cold start. It revs high in the 2500rpm in park and neutral. Reverse, drive, and the other low gears seem to run normal. Does anyone have a hint of what might be happening? I really don't want to take it to the dealership either. If anyone knows a good mechanic in the north county of san diego for 4runners...let me know too. Thanks again.

I'm surprised no one has responded to this already. Check out this and read the description for Toyota. Sometimes those scanners don't give you all the information you need. Your problem should be the air/fuel ratio sensor. This is not just a plain O2 sensor. If you look under your runner you can see this sensor before the catalytic converter. Your mileage would actually be pretty high if this sensor has never been replaced. The sensor will cost you around $150, a good price, to maybe $200? Can't remember what the dealer charges. It's easy to do yourself, only 2 nuts to remove it.
