Was on their site last night and almost bought the Switchback V3 TRITON. Glad I waited, thanks for the post.

I've had the the V3 Triton Switchbacks on for 3 months now and love them. Had problems with the wiring at first but called them and we worked through the problem(reverse polarity) as they have great,knowledgeable customer service. You have to call or e-mail them and ask for the special adapters for our trucks. Our front DRL/Turnsignal bulbs (1156na)are wired reverse polarity compared to other vehicles.Just tell them for 5th gen 4Runners and they'll know what your talking about now.

I read on another tread that you had them.. The reason I did not order last night is because I was going to see what exactly you ordered. Did not find it, so was going to PM you or call them and make sure I get the correct ones.

Thanks a bunch for the info. They now have a drop down selection for 5th gen to add the reverse polarity to the order.

Oh, I was going to also ask you if you have the 50% dimming wires connected?

Can I assume the 4th gen 1156 DRL's need the 'reverse polarity' versions as well?

I wouldn't know that . I figured it out with a multi meter and a VLED tech guy on the phone. Maybe call them and they will probably send you both adapters if they don't know .They have good customer service and actually answer the phone.....VLED.....1-360-543-5700 , Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST

On the passenger side, where did you mount yours? Did you use a screw or double sided tape? Plenty of room to mount the drivers side.

[MENTION=78705]jangoforhire[/MENTION] or [MENTION=8206]harper7[/MENTION] or anyone else did either of you experience this, neither my DRL or Turns come on now. The hazards work just fine. I've checked the fuse in the engine compartment and under the dash, both are okay. I will uninstall the LEDs tomorrow and reinstall the factory bulbs and see if what that does.
