I'd get Titanium again, but I also considered Shadow, Galactic, white and black at the time of purchase and would be happy with any of those colors.
As for the blue, there are couple members here with a blue one. I believe it's Nautica Blue, here's ProMed's 4Runner. It's a rare color and only offered on 2006+ 4Runners. I've probably only seen two or three of those.
The brighter light blue on the Tacoma is Speedway Blue and the darker one is Indiglo Ink. Nautica Blue on the 4Runner has more "pop" and flakes than Indiglo Ink on the Tacoma.
