Antenna

I am sure this is posted somewhere but I thought I would ask. I just ordered a new head unit today and was wondering if I need a Y adapter for the antennas or just use one and make sure the power wire is hooked to it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 07 T4R Non JBL

I used the y adaptor and hooked the power wire up and reception is great. My aftermarket head unit had a 12v power to antenna wire that I used to connect it with.
