Any Limited owners change their running board lights?

I changed my running board lights to LED's and while I was doing this, one of the bulbs fell into the light housing. I tried for a while to get the bulb out but ended up just leaving it in there and installing another bulb. Anyone go through this or have any suggestions?

Where did you get the LED bulbs and if possible, do you have a part number and price.

I've done this mod, but after a week I changed it back. First reason was that LED weren't as bright as my bulbs. Second, I like amber look for running boards, so I tried white and amber LEDs, and white and amber bulbs. Best result - amber bulb.

I made my own LED 194 bulb for my running boards, and it's way brighter then the stock bulb.

I used 5mm LED instead of the 3mm that you see online. I went for the white/bluish look.

I'm pretty happy with them. I actually need to buy some more and finish it. I never got around to making enough.

I got the bulbs through ebay.
