I purchased my Runner at Ourisman in Chantilly in 2006. Good experience with the purchase. I've had it serviced there as well with no complaints - keep in mind that I haven't had any problems either, just maintenance.
I tried buying twice from Leesburg Toyota. Poor salesmanship. At one time I was looking for a used Land Cruiser and they said they would call if they got one in. I stopped later after seeing one on the lot and they said they forgot to call me. Same thing happened a week later with another one. When I decided on a new Runner, they didn't have a 3rd row seat model that I wanted. I said I would check back and all they did was try to talk me out of it. We now have the 3rd row and use it sometimes (our kids are still little).
Sorry these places aren't closer.

I did have 2 warranty items fixed at Ourisman as well (sun roof and lcd display) with no hassles or fights.

I found Ourisman to be pushy for sales, bad at negotiating, and definitely tried to jam me when it came to the final sale. I walked out with title to my trade in ('04 with 48k miles) and check in hand. I drove up to Carmax in Laurel (it's a real Toyota dealership). They had the one I wanted and it was cheaper than the best negotiated price from Ourisman by over a grand, and they didn't try to jam me on my trade. In the end, I got my 2010 4runner for 2500-3k less than the best price at Ourisman.
During neogtiations, Ourisman said they would need a deposit from me to prove I'm serious and to pull the 4runner I wanted from their inventory lot.Just a bad experience with sales there. It's not isolated for me either. They gave me the same hassle with my wife's '07 Camry XLE. I left and went to Carmax Laurel then too. I considered buying a Sequioa last year - they were equally unhelpful. I keep trying to have another good experience there (I bought that 04 listed above at Ourisman), but I keep coming up short. I use them for service since they're so close to my house, but I doubt I'll ever buy another car from them.
