Any other fairly priced roof rack companies similar to outgear?

Prinsu Designs is about $100 more. That's what I went with. Many good reviews,looks great,made specifically for the Gen 4.,versatile. My $0.02.

Try Infidel Garage. They are building one for me now. Here is mine raw (not my rig) about to go get a powder coat.

I build heavy duty low profile racks that drop in between the factory rails. I usually can make one for around $400, basically a 3/4 rack (I can make full length, but shipping becomes a nightmare). Shoot me a message if I can help you.

Same predicament. Built my own.

I just barely build and installed a rack that is kind of of a cross between a Gobi and a Baja. Full length. If you want to build one here is a vid I made of my build. Might give you some ideas:

I actually did not find him here, I saw him on Craigslist.

That said, I saw him trying to sell one in the 5th Gen section not too long ago. I noticed the truck, and the same design, so I assumed it was the same guy.

Trying to find it, but I haven't yet.
