Any thoughts on the frugal strut replacement?

I’ve got a similar problem and was going to start a thread but luckily found this one. So thank you guys for the advice! Life’s pretty harsh on me lately, and I have no extra money to spend a lot on a car repair

To close this out, I got some almost new struts off E-bay for $120 shipped. They said less than 1500miles from a 2020 4runner and they look like it. Gained a couple inches and wow does it ride better.

From a fellow NH dweller, looking to do something similar and this is now on my radar. Good stuff and nice 4R!
