Anybody have blockbuster?

Just curious if anybody has blockbuster video. I get the 3 dvds at a time through the mail. However, I cannot access the queue. Everytime I try and check to see what movies I have, I keep getting a server not found error. Customer service is useless because they do not have anybodyh who knows how to use the website.

Just wondering if anybody else is having the same trouble or if you did, how you fixed it.

I have had Blockbuster.com "Movies By Mail" for several months now, and find it quite easy to use. The 'one out at a time' for $9.99 a month suits me just fine. I like the idea of being able to exchange a DVD by mail or at the closest store. No time wasted waiting for the post office to bring it. (This is the main reason I lefft NetFlix, since they don't have any retail stores; although I was otherwise satisfied with them.)

As for the web site problem, I have yet to experience it. I would suggest trying to go to the "My Account" button. If that won't work, go out to the main page where there should be a floating icon at the upper-right corner of the screen with "Manage/Edit Queue" written in blue text over a white background. Click on it and see if it works (but you may have to enable pop-ups to use this feature).

I do like the service because I can get the dvds in the mail and return them in the mail.

The queue problem is happening on several different computers...my home, work, and a couple others. For some reason we are having trouble. This is not the first time I could not access the queue. After about 2 weeks the problem went away. This current problem has been going on now for almost a month.
