Anybody local to Nashville familiar with HID's?

Hey guys I am in the Nashville area and I have the Xenondepot 4300k kit. One of my bulbs are blown and I contacted Xenondepot and received new bulbs. Neither bulb is working and I think it is a ballast. Are there any HID experts in Nashville or around middle TN that could possibly figure out what and where the problem lies? Would it be best to just ditch the Xenondepot kit if it is a bad ballast? Any help would be appreciated.

Whether before or after the xenondepot extra set of bulbs, did you try swapping the bulbs left to right or vice versa, to see if it's a ballast and not a bulb? or vice versa?

Yes I swapped the bulbs before and neither bulb worked which leads me to believe it is a ballast but I am not sure how to check about the ballast. My friend mostly installed them.

Yes everything is still installed on my 4runner.

Good to know, I had issues with my ballasts coming on and off like this when I ran without a relay harness. Sounds like the ballast itself is definitely bad

Do you hear the bad ballast trying to start?

Does the relay harness have a main 30amp fuse and then 2-15amp branching off? If so check the 15amp fuses.

Try to hook the ballast up directly to your headlight plug to see if it's a relay harness problem.

If that fails return the ballast for a new one.
