Sweet pics, 4RD! Yeah, I like to tinker with photography a bit--I've taken thousands of shots over the years (and hardly a single one of people--mine are all landscapes, animals, and events like races and airshows, etc.). I have an album on here with some pics of my Moab, UT trip from last year, and a bunch more on my Facebook page. It's a fun hobby. BTW, I like the Porsche 911!

Great looking shots man, and where do you live in sd? I'm in Point Loma myself and the hills look familiar. And yeah I love photography, done it for a couple years now and I'm a graphic design major so it helps with that a lot.

Very nice work! What equipment do you use? I have a 30D with a mix of Sigma and Canon lenses. I love photographing airplanes (of course in addition to my runner lol).

Nikon D90 with a typical 18mm lens and no filter. Then do my editing in iphoto haha

Dude you are lucky to have such a nice camera! I've thought about getting one for awhile now. I like the D7000 but the price has sky rocketed since the floods.

I just bought a Nikon POS with F1.8 lens called the P310. I like it so far.

Bibler Tent and Big Dipper @10064 feet

Stepped out of my tent to use the little boy's room and saw the Big Dipper. Answered the call and took this photo.
Used Entry-level dSLR so lots of digital noise at 1600 ISO. Only processing I used was removing the digital noise dots.
The Bibler iTent is NOT made in China!

I only have an 15-85 atm but hope to increase that later this year..

I'm also wondering which lens to upgrade too... It's either the 24-70 or 24-105... The tamron new 24-70 is very tempting too... But I'm a noob, need to research more

70-300mm.

Messed around with ISO levels until I got the shot.
