Anyone Else Waiting for Their New 4Runner

March, 2016 (end of month): Mailed deposit to dealer

April 1, 2016: Supposedly "allocated" (ordered?)
June 27, 2016: still waiting
July 8, 2016: Arrives in Portland, Oregon
July 29, 2016: approx. delivery date

Emailed my salesman to see if he's heard anything (was told to expect it at the end of July). I'm aware of the production issues due to Mother Nature, but I'm getting anxious (especially since I'm replacing a 14-year old Saturn beater).

How many weeks did it take for some of you to get your T4R once it was allocated/ordered?

I started the process for my TRD Pro on Jan. 3, 2016 and took delivery the same day it came into the dealer on May 12th.

Jan. 3rd is when I actually visited the dealer to see if I could order one and once they wrote down the exact options I wanted they called me a few weeks later to report that it was allocated to them and to expect it in the April-May time frame. It was a long wait but worth it.

TEP with KDSS. Looks like Toyota is discounting KDSS now -getting rid of it I bet. Just got to wait a few months now.. for D-day! Hopefully the dealer rep keeps me posted along the journey

Whoa! That's close. Mine TRD pro is supposed to get built Friday, 7/15. It'll be a tough wait until September delivery.

Ordered my TRD on march 24th, it was built on april 28th (delayed from the 19th due to earthquake) and it arrived at the dealer and was picked up by us on june 16th.

Ordered 5/6, Got into port on 6/16 and at the dealer on 6/27. Delivered today! 2016 Limited with automatic running boards, 3rd row, cargo cover and all weather floor mats. The modding will begin soon!
