anyone ever order from toyota-parts.com?

I ordered a full set of balljoints from them on 9/27 and got an email from them that evening asking me to confirm my VIN. Since then, none of.my emails have been returned and my account info won't allow me to log into their site. I just emailed their primary email , [email protected], and it was returned immediately. I called the 800# and it just rang and rang , no answering machine. I'm starting to consider stopping CC payment. Have any of you all ever dealt with them? Hopefully its a case of real nice site, real bad service.....

i actually started to order lower ball joints from them but my friend thinks he can get me a deal at the dealership. if not then i plan on buying from this site so i hope your right and its just bad service.

Called every number on that site and got the same deal, and I couldn't find an email... so I filled out their 'contact us' form, we'll see Wtf is up and I hope its good.

Wow even if they turn out to be there you should still bail. That's a complete lack of responsibility to not have one phone going to a voicemail. Sounds really shady.
