Anyone ever seen a body mod like this?

Saw this guy the other day in the Denver area. Anyone know if that is a company doing the body modifications or its something the owner did custom?

Thanks. I will eventually paint it all, just hard to cover up a good paint job. It's been great since I meet random people everywhere I stop and talk trucks. It's also nice to have everything I need when I'm on a long trip with my kids.
