Anyone got headlamps they don't need?

Mine are massively yellowed and badly need replacing. I'm not willing to pay Toyota prices for factory headlamps, and most 3rd party are questionable.

If you have really good condition, still mostly clear OEM headlamps, I'd be interested in taking them off your hands for a fair deal. Must be fully functional and still mostly clear on the lens.

I don't care about bulbs...I have V-Leds I can throw in. Just need the rest of the headlamp, both left and right side.

Worth a shot...

I bought my OEM sport headlights new for $458 after shipping.

This was the cheapest place I could find them.

Bought from Carlock Toyota in Tupelo, Mississippi

you could try retro briting them, that process is used to make yellowed plastics look brand new.

You didn’t mention that they are leaking so I’ll assume that they are just yellowed.

I would stick with your original ones and try polishing them first. I did it on mine and they look almost new. A lot of folks have done that here with good results.

x3 on polishing them, lots of kits available for that or the cheapest way is mothers mag wheel polish, works by hand but a buffer is better. then clear with one of the headlight UV protectors or just use a good wax that will last for about 6 months before they start to yellow again but after the initial 1st time they are much easier to polish clear again.

Thanks everyone. They do not leak. But I’ve also polished them three times over the last several years. It’s feeling like they’re just done so I thought I’d replace them. But I’m not spending $650 to Toyota to do so.

The price you stated for new OEM headlights is the full price, numerous sites sells them for around $450 for both.

Yes Toyota OEM from Toyota dealers, the first link is $227.38 each and you should be able to get free ground shipping on any purchase over $75 by entering the "FREESHIP" shown near the top of the page, scroll down and look for the head lights in the list.

I already entered....2008 T4R before doing the search...but double check on the site to make sure the parts do indeed fit your T4R before ordering.

This link they're a few $ cheaper @ $221.45 but you will have to pay shipping so the other site will most likely be less if indeed they give you free shipping, the same as above check fit before ordering.

There are more than likely other dealers out there that will be close in price but these 2 sites are usually the best prices when I'm searching for OEM parts.
