Anyone has ANY luck finding the "Canadian Cargo Liner"?

I saw it in person and passed on it as I felt water would just go between the cracks. The dealer agreed, so I went with the weather techs. I guess if you're worried about some milk spilling from the grocery store it is protection, but I wouldn't let my wet dog in there with it. My dealer in Calgary did offer it to me and had it in a demo unit at the time.
I hear ya. I just want something that is easier to clean than a carpet mat. Also, the carpet mat is kinda hard to manage when I use the 3rd row seats. This is, by no means, a "weatherproof" solution. If I need a weatherproof solution, I probably, will too, go with something like a weathertech or husky tray with 2 or 3 inches sidewall raised.
So, is this something readily available in any canadian toyota dealer? ie. if I have a friend in canada, they are likely to be able to just go buy and ship it to me?
Is there any canadian mail-order toyota dealership website?

I got the impression it was a readily available accessory, I'm sure any Canadian dealer could get one in. If you use the 3rd row a lot I think it's a great solution. The weather techs will be a pain for me in a couple years when the kids start going back there and using them.

I think the one they're looking at is a little different. It is made for the 3rd rows and uses velcro disks to attach in separate pieces to the backs of the 3rd row seats and carpet. It allows you to raise parts of the 3rd row and still have cargo protection there.
I looked into it, it is NOT the same thing. The one Toyota.com (USA) site listed as "Cargo Tray" is indeed a tray/mat, similar to weathertech or husky cargo tray. Part numbers: PT218-89110, PT218-89111 and PT218-89112 depending on what cargo area configuration you have.
Seemingly the one I(we) wanted is only available in Canada, and made in Canada too.
bythehour: can you please tell me how much it costed you? And when you get to pick that up, can you please take a picture of the packaging and the installation? I'd like to know the size to figure out if getting it shipped to the states is feasible or not. THANKS!
Will do. I'll also ask if they'd be willing to sell/ship to the US. I'm sure they'll require payment upfront. They asked me to pay in advance for the order.
It was CAD$135 plus 13% sales tax. That should work out to about $122 yankeebucks
Canadian Cargo Liner Installed
As requested, here are the pics of the 7 seater cargo liner installed.
The "packaging" is simply a heat sealed plastic bag.

The liner comes in three pieces - a long piece for the rear of the cargo area and two pieces for the seatbacks that fold. The liner attaches with velcro discs. It comes with removable carpet discs. I suppose you can leave the discs on if you don't want to attach the liner (to make it easier to remove or slide around).

Here is a picture with a couple of the discs removed.
Here is the liner all installed with one of the rear seats unfolded.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with the liner. It provides basic protection for muddy strollers or soggy snow brushes. As mentioned by others, it is a three-piece design with significant gaps. It won't protect against liquids or even sand. Note how the rear piece overlaps the seatback pieces. If you have any debris on the fore sections and you fold it back, it'll probably end up in the crevice.
The bad news is that the parts manager said absolutely NO to accepting US orders. Sorry.
