Anyone have a carfax account?

Looking to buy a new DD so I can stop racking miles on the runner. I have found the car I want, test drive and visual inspection went well. Financing is in order and everything is ready to go to pull the trigger. Just want to have a carfax check run. The free vin thing on carfax shows 46 records so im curious.

I bought a vinaudit.com check that didnt show any issue so im curious what all the records on carfax are.
