Anyone have a HD Radio module? If so please come in...

I purchased the Kenwood KTC-HR200 HD Radio module to go along with my DNX5140 and I am trying to find a place to mount it. There's not much room behind the Radio and even tho they give me plenty of cord I don't "think" I will be able to route it to the glove department. Reason being is b/c it looks like it also needs to connect to the factory antenna. Is this true? I have not gotten my wiring kit in the mail yet so I am not sure how much extra wiring/cabling I will get for the antenna. All in all where did you end up mounting your modules?

I only listen to about 4 radio stations so if it's going to be a pita then perhaps I can do away with it.

I chose to do Sirrius/XM rather than pay for the HD radio components, I have not listened to a terrestrial station in over a year. If you listen to 4 stations is it worth it? Just my 2cents

I got it all hooked up and hooked up the HD Module since I found the antenna extension. It was berried under a lot of stuff. I have to search and see what channels I get but so far playing with it, it didn't seem like there was much around me. I thought about satellite for awhile but I just didn't want to pay monthly for it. Perhaps I will give this thing a weeks trial then decide after that. I would just have to buy $70-80 more worth of stuff to get it to work. The only down fall to my Kenwood like others is all this stuff is compatible but you need to buy accessories. Kind of sh***y

i won't buy anything for "HD" radio. it's not high definition as the advertising leads people to think

well after a solid day with HD radio I am done. I get nothing in my area and it seems like since I have the HD module I can not get my other stations that I like. Time to put this up for sale here or on ebay and go with satellite I guess
