Anyone have any luck with aftermarket Catalytic Converters on 3rd Gens?

Hi Guys! I have to replace my Catalytic Converter on my truck and the dealership wants an obscene amount of money for them. Have any of you had found a aftermarket brand Catalytic Converter that worked without sending CEL codes after you installed it? If so PLEASE ADVISE!!!!

I have had good luck with Walker catalytic converters.

I have a secondary cat from a 2016 Tundra, my original got stolen and the thief cut the flange off.. so I had to add flanges. Been running with the Tundra cat for a few years and it's been great and no check engine light.

I have had good luck with Walker catalytic converters.

I second this, installed dual Walker cats and have had no issues since putting them on.

Only gripe was the packaging they were sent in has little to no protection so O2 studs were always bent so on the third or fourth try I finally received some that weren't damaged.

If you are needing to meet Calif. smog inspection the State published a list of approved models. Anything different is an auto fail.

I got a magnaflow CARB (california compliant, more expensive) for way less than the dealer wanted for OEM. Havent had any issues other than getting the gaskets to seat properly. Cant remember if OEM used the flat plate or ring style gaskets, but the magna came with the ring type. Harder to align for me but eventually got it.

Purchased Walker Quiet-Flow cat back w SS Muffler complete package in 2017 no problems still.
