Anyone have front suspension torque specs?

Didn't see any in the manual. 07 with bilstein 5100s, not sure if that matters.

I'm about to add 1/2" toy tec top plate spacer to the front suspension.

One other thing, the instructions said to have a professional compress the coilover after you take it out.. is that really necessary? It seems like from the youtube vids I watched no one said anything about compressing the coilover before adding the spacer...

100 ft lbs lower shock bolt. 118 ft lbs on the 19mm bolts holding the lbj to the spindle. 100 ft lbs for lower control arm bolts. 85 ft lbs upper control arm bolt.
