Anyone in or around East Texas know how to do a satoshi grill?

Trying to find someone to do or help me with doing the grill... I'm in Nacogdoches, about 1.5 hour south of Tyler, Longview, Shreveport and 2.5 hours north of Houston. I might be willing to drive to you if the work can be done all in one day.

I'm actually about to attempt to do one myself. Should be getting my new grill today, just have to gather the rest of the materials, might take a shot this weekend.

I'm in Nac also. Actually...were you at Kroger on North St. yesterday?
