Anyone know this rig?

It's for sale (and has been for a while) and I wanted to know if any T4R members have seen it in person or know the owner. The guy lives in Arcadia (suburb of LA).

It's more rig than I need but if it's mechanically sound I can always take off what I don't like/need.

Any help is much appreciated.

I am not to far from Arcadia and I don’t think I ever seen him/her drive around my area(Pasadena)
