LOL funny you mention this. Mine is in transit. Total Chaos Race Version +2" with Kings. What are/Who is ADS?

Ads makes some bad ass shocks in every way comparable to kings and what not. I bought kings so don't take me as an ads sales person, but mcm fab who I respect a lot is THE ads seller and they don't mess around. I have seen that FJ in person and can definitely say that is a bad ass front suspension. I wish I could afford it. Brave motorsports is 10 min from my house and they build some beautiful stuff.

I'm going to look them up. Cool to learn about other companies I haven't heard of. This is the first time I've heard about them.

At first I am just because I don't know if I'll have enough time to get new ones before my trip coming up with all of the installs. I'm planning on just buying oe fenders and cutting them if need be.
 
Yea, ADS is great stuff from what I hear. That setup I linked to is a killer deal for someone wanting to get crazy. You could probably run big bump stops and keep the stock fenders for a while. Then, cut the fenders out and go hit some jumps.

The rear is already pretty much ready to match it (with some minor additions LOL). Just shocks and springs and some extended brake lines + some wheel spacers. (not including the fender issues if you really wanted to do some speed stuff and get full up travel)

Could also easily do a 3 link and coilover setup. Keep tank in stock location , and emissions legal. Just a little body work to tie coilover mounts into internal cage:lmao:,
Engage makes a decent kit for the tacos I'm sure you could easily make work.

With long travel, glass fenders will probably be necessary. Never heard of long travel that didn't need glass fenders. You'll also be running at what, 4.5" wider track than stock in the front? More? What are your plans with this rig?

4" wider, he's going with the milder LT setup. Full LT would be 7" wider. And glass fenders don't exist, yet.

I seriously don't understand how you guys convince your wives to spend that kind of money on your trucks. I can barely get an air filter out of mine before she starts *****ing.
