Anyone own a Highlander as well?

That jump seat in the Highlander 2nd row, middle might make 3 across tough. I only have 1 kid, but if I had 3, our family hauler would be a Honda or Toyota van.

Yup, that is what i am worried about...that damn jump seat! I understand the idea behind it, but it sucks for me. The Honda Pilot has traditional middle seat in the 2nd row and that looks fabulous (comfy and wide).

You could always drag your car seats to the dealer. haha

The Highlander coming out in January will have 8 seater capacity and a version without the jump seat.

Well, to answer my own question, i went to local Toyota dealer...and NO, 3 carseats can't fit across the Highlander's second row. In fact, even in the Sienna, it was a no go because of the tiny middle seat. The problem is that the middle seat is NOT level with the captain chairs on either side. Dumba$$ design by Toyota!!
