Anyone running 285/75/17 w/a 3" lift??

I'm looking at a smoking deal on some tires but they are 285/75/17 instead of the normal 285/70/17 that most guys run.

They work out to be 33.82 inches. I have the Toytec 3" lift kit spacers w/5100s up front and 890 rear coils.

How bad will I rub? If I have to spend more to lift it or body lift it, then I guess it will not work out to be a smoking deal anymore.

Tires are BF Mud Terrain for a 3rd gen Limited

What kind of front bumper do you have?

I have Mickey Thompson Baja MTZs in 285/75r16s which work out to be 33.11 but I only have a 2.5 inch front lift (maybe less because I have aftermarket skids and an ARB) so it works out to a similar ratio to your set up. With the stock bumper I rubbed barely turning the wheels (think backing out of angled parking) but it just took some trimming and then it was fine. I rub a little in the back now (on the pinchweld) but that can also be trimmed. Check out the last post on this page,here, for pinchweld trimming (props to Rickashay).

With an aftermarket bumper (pretty much any I would think) you wont have any problems with the front of the front tires. If you have enough flex and stuff the rear tires you'll rub, but that's with any tire.

EDIT: Also what rims do you have? The backspacing of your wheels can change how much you rub. They also determine whether or not you may rub on the UCA (if you have stock UCAs that is).
