Anyone running aftermarket rear bumper without body lift?

I just got new Energy Suspension body mount bushings and they've reduced the body/frame flex incredibly. My CBI was rubbing a bit and same with the shrockworks up front. No more rubbing.

So do you think that the rear bushings in this set are stiff enough to
prevent the rear bumper / body interference ?

Bar none, these bushings are WAY stiffer than the stock ones. The compression you get from the rubber ones is practically non-existent with the polyurethane mounts. The result is definitely a firmer/more solid mounting. Check out how mushroomed the old rubber was, and note that the polyurethane bushings are even an upgrade compared to brand new rubber.

also, you got any resources on the HOW of this project? I keep digging and can't find shit in the forum. (Watch someone find something super obvious :laser::wave Scale 1-10 how hard was replacing everything?Mega tools required or basics sufficient?

It's completely doable with a basic toolset, a decent floor jack, and some 2ft sections of 2x4. My rig has a 1" body lift, which helped with extra spacing, but the install procedure was identical. It really depends on your mechanical skill, but it's about a 4 on the scale for me, an oil change being a 1, and a strut install being 5.

How's the ride quality on and off road with the new mounts? I have a pet theory on it, but want to hear actual experiences!

When you say "a couple flat washers" is that for each bolt or just 1 washer per bolt?

yes 1 washer per bolt worked well. basically by adding a washer I dropped the bumper by maybe 1/8" and that was enough to stop it from hitting the pinch welds during flexy time.

by the way, I would say the largest improvement in ride quality was a result of replacing all the body mounts. really made things smooth out again.
