Anyone think the frame recall is going to go through?

Don’t know if this was a us thing as well but in Canada we had the rusted frame recall go through and class action lawsuit went through and a whole bunch of rusted Tacoma’s got new frames or Toyota bought the cars off people who wanted to rid... now if this goes through will it be a North America wide thing or ONLY US? In the US Toyota recalled the Tacoma's, Tundra's and Sequoia's I believe. I'm not really getting my hopes up, but I'm also specifically not modifying my frame (Weld-on sliders, body mount chop, suspension gussets, etc...) in a way that would make me ineligible if it does go through.

US =/= Canada
Canada =/= US

The two links you posted were clearly for canada only. im sure there is some variance in your guy's consumer protection laws as well as your court system from America. while it might be a good FYI read for us Americans, it is useless to us.

All be eligible ... but you’re right any reason to deny that they will probably use.. I guess good thing I was a tech at a local near by Toyota dealership and know everyone including
Management lol

My 03 frame rusted through and we had to trade it in for junk/scrap last year

My 08 is holding up so far
