Be specific, there are a few factory nav units with the 4 disk. What year 4Runner do you have? Does your come with JBL?
Anyway, I have one (E7009) and it's great.

I too have a E7009 JBL unit with navigation and 4 CD changer, I don't think they ever made a 4 disk unit without the changer for the disks. Did you want to know anything in particular about it?

You've tried the Amazon widget I liked with your E7009 and it's great? Any issues or concerns?

I'm not seeing the link you posted. And I don't think anyone else is seeing it either. Can you post another?
I have a "widget" of sorts hooked to my E7008 navi unit and it allows me to play music via USB, Bluetooth streaming, and adds another aux input that doesn't scream when your phone is charging.

what did you use if you dont mind me asking. i have a e7009 and would like to easily add a usb, aux and BT streaming to my truck.

Exactly what I'm looking for. Add USB (bluetooth music would be even better) to my e7009 OEM device. the Dice Mediabridge looks good, but at $200 I'd just upgrade the HU outright.

I'm actually planning on removing it as I don't use the Bluetooth function. I'll most likely install a Grom audio piece that has USB only.
If you're interested, I'll make you one hell of a deal on my iSimple unit. I never installed the Bluetooth mic or a majority of the pieces, have original packaging, and I'm an authorized dealer.

As for the E7009 itself, I love it. I know my iPhone's Google maps is superior in everyway, I'm just a stickler for OEM equipment.
As for the link (Moonet interface), I'm having trouble interpreting when in the description it says:
