Anyone Used Energy Suspension Outer TRE Boots?

I was browsing amazon for inner and outer TRE's, and discovered that ES makes polyurethane boots for the outer TRE. Seems like a good solution for a torn boot on a good tie rod, or even seems like a good idea to install on a new replacement tie rod before installation...

Just wondering if anyone had tried them.
