10 plus dollars each for a clip used for the front bumper and 6 are needed. can anyone get them cheaper? Part #9095901583.

I just took my bumper off a few weeks ago. I'm not sure if my clips are any good, but if they are you can have them. I would have to look tonight when I get home. Just some $$ for shipping.
 
Ok, I tried to do some research on these things.... Not 100% sure which ones they are. Are they the six black ones on the top of the bumper which have a Philips head, or the white ones that are more inside the bumper? Or something else? I counted like three different clips on my bumper and each added up to "6".... Can you post a pic so I know for sure?

I don't ~think~ this part would work well as a 3D print. Too small to have the strength needed to replace the OEM ones. Would be worth a try, that amount of material would not be expensive and a good Rhino or Solidworks jockey could model it in a jiff.

It attaches the support bracket to the bumper. They are visible from underside. They all break. I can't justify pay over 10$ each for these.

I think you underestimae the abilities of 3d printing. I have created very thin parts before that have held up fine to fellow students abusing them. Its all about the material selection and wall thickness.
 
Thanks for the pic. I know which ones those are. I'll look again tonight and see if I can get them off. I'll let you know.

Yes, but I don't think there is enough space to make an FDM part that will hold up in this application. Maybe for the 99 percent of the population that never removes the grill it would work. But the typical serial poster on T4R is going to take the grill off and on for all sorts of mods.

the clip snaps into place on the upper trim metal support. the support attaches to the trim via 8 screw type clips. both these pieces attach to the bumper and this clip snaps into the bumper locating it. if you look under your bumper, you can see the clips, more than likely with the tabs broken off already.
