Anything I should think about replacing while the Trans is out?

just want some advice on what i should try to replace while i have the transmission out of the truck..

already going to do the:

engine rear main seal (90311-92010)
flex plate (32101-35010)
input shaft oil seal on the transfer case. (90311-40021)



can anyone think of anything i should consider while i have the transfer case and transmission out?

Transmission mount wouldn't be a bad idea.

Anything else you found that was worth replacing while the trans is out and swapping the clutch? Going at it in a few weeks here and doing my best to have all parts on hand to make it the smoothest I can.

Great time to do starter contacts if they have not been done. Part cost less than $15 and we all will need to do it one of these days. I did mine as part of my clutch job, and they were well worn.

I also did the slave cylinder and rear main.

Also note that 5speeds don't have flex plates in case you did not know.

Seconded, I didn't do mine but should have for sure. I also made the mistake of putting the drivetrain in without the starter not realizing that it is so hard to get in afterward.
Literally had to drop it in between the frame rail and manifold where it barely fit through. Swapping AC comp soon so i'll do it then.

Yeah, just insurance at 200k and you are in there anyway. Get the AISIN aftermarket OEM.

Trans-go shift kit. Makes a supercharged auto much more fun to drive.
