I'll be at Windrock that weekend, but not for ATR. I will be there for SETO. There are a handful of people from the Atlanta 4runners group that will be attending one or the other.

Check out the TTORA Southeast Takeover 13 event page on Facebook. It's a similar event at the same park hosted the same weekend. It's focused less on the big event type stuff where everyone gets a bag full of sticker and raffle tickets, and more on the actual wheeling and gathering of fellow wheelers. No sign up fee, just have to pay to camp.
