I have an ARB bumper that I had pulled off a 2006 Taco that the dealership I work at took in on trade. Plan was to have it media blasted and rhino lined, then mounted onto my 99. Plans have changed. Looking to sell. I'm in the Twin Cities, will meet or deliver for a negotiable fee. I had a body shop inspect the bumper and my 4Runner and was assured the bumper would mount up. I have both parts, no bolts or other mounting accessories.
