ARB bumper question

So I was looking at two different bumpers the ARB and Shrockworks. First I know the Shrockworks bumper will fit my 2014 4Runner, however I was curious if any of you guys have found a work around to get the ARB bumper to fit the newer 2014+ 4Runners. Secondly, if you did, how much of a change was it from the installation in the 2010-2013 process? Just curious if it's possible. The wait time for the Shrockworks may be cutting it to close, since I have a trip planned in early June.

My understanding is that the ARB bumper will not fit on a 2014+ and they currently have no plans on making one that will.

I can't see Marshall's picture because of restrictions at my work site, but I'm pretty sure someone mentioned ARB is working on a new bumper to fit the 14-15 nose. But I believe they also said it wouldn't be ready until this summer.

I think the only thing that keeps the old one from fitting the new nose is the filler piece below the headlights. ARB just hasn't made a new filler piece for that area so you would be looking at a large opening there. All of the hard points for mounting should still be the same. But I could be wrong.....

I noticed that it seems shrockworks and 4x4 labs remove the color cross piece under the badge to fit the bumper. Is that something you would have to do for the arb as well?

I believe the ARB bumper re-uses the OEM bumper skin, which you need to actually cut in order to fill the space left between the headlights/bumper. The Shrockworks one of course uses a new fabricated filler piece.
 
I've been working with ARB on the 2014+ bumper. They tried to fit their 2010-2013 bumper on my 14 Trail and it wouldn't fit. This was 3 weeks ago. They have since sent their observations and measurements to their design team and I am waiting for them to get back to me for another go. Keep you guys posted.

A couple members including [MENTION=65505]Kotrin[/MENTION] have been able to get the 2010-13 bumper to fit on their 2014 without much additional work. The cutting template is probably going to get revised but from what's been said there's unlikely to be a totally different bumper released for the 2014+ models.

Since most other bumpers (Shrockworks for example) use the same bumper across all model years but change the part underneath the headlights, I don't see why it couldn't fit. The main difference between the model years is just the bumper and headlights.
 
Also wanted to add that I reached out to Kotrin when I was digging into the ARB bumpers myself. Here's what he said regarding the install:

2nd on the ARB bumper install. Its what I like to refer to as substantionally different due to the changes in the front compared to previous years. Now if you read the instruction it talkes about you moving and bending some of the lines (I didn't have to do ANY modifications like the instruction called for YAY). So when you do your cutting, you can look at the other 5th gen's who have done the ARB install, I think their is like 5 or 6. We really took the time and test fitted it like 1000 times to get the cuts right on the plastic. I used wet erase markers to make my marks along the fender and body parts.
