So I think I have decided to get an ARB bumper for my 02 4Runner. I just cant figure out where to get it? Also on their site they do not list the bumper for the 4runner so do I get the one for the Tacoma? Any help or tips on where to get and which specific one to get would be great!

Thanks all.

Amazon sells it (ok, a seller on Amazon sells it) for $866.40 w/free shipping.

I prefer to do business locally whenever possible, you might want to check with a local 4x4 shop to see if they can get close to that number.

Perfect thanks guys! Yeah I am going to check with the two local 4x4 ARB retailers up here and see if I can't get a decent deal.

I just bought mine a couple months ago. Best deal I found was through 4Wheelparts.com. I was able to find a $10 off coupon online and got mine for $855 with free shipping.

I had the tacoma ARB for a few years. Its fine for light offroading but if you plan to do anything more extreme, I wouldnt recommend it. The approach angle is terrible and its a pretty flexy bumper if you plan to actually use it. It will flex into the body and cause damage in situations where a stock bumper probably wouldnt even touch the given obstacle.

Fair warning regarding the Amazon ones. Mine was delivered this Tuesday and looked like it had been dragged across my driveway. It was not shipped to me on a pallet, but just wrapped in some cardboard and a tight plastic film (both utterly worthless). Working on a return right now. For ~$900, I'd like to have the privilege of destroying it myself.

I would suggest calling a few places to see just how they will ship it to you...

Good point. I returned 3 gun safes in a row that were shrinkwrapped with cardboard that looked like they were pushed off the top of a hill. Your damage though - could it have been repaired with spraypaint? Also - did you order it from Everything aftermarket (amazon seller)?

Yup - Everything-Aftermarket. I probably could have rattled over them, and they did offer $120 refund if I wanted to keep it, but there was enough damage that I figured I can wait another week and try again (fingers crossed).

Yeah the one for the tacoma is the same that you would get for the 4Runner. They never marketed one for the 4runner but it fits with minor mods (I believe). This looks like a good start for ya http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-gen-t4rs/78268-arb-bumper-installation-3rd-gen-t4rs-step-step.html
