Which kit is it? Most of the ARB stuff is simpler then everything else, which is what makes it solid. Even the BP51 kit is pretty straight forward and installs as any other kit would. I do have a reputable shop I can recommend in Suffolk long island. He does the things I cant do on my truck. PM me if your interested

I am not from the area, but if you are having a hard time finding someone I would consider buying the parts and asking some local shops for an install quote.
It's just regular shocks and springs... any auto repair shop would be capable of installing those parts without any special knowledge or tools.
If you need help selecting the parts, I found Wheelers to be pretty helpful. I talked to them a lot before making a move on parts and whatever they recommended made my life a lot easier. In addition to parts I had them assemble the front coils/damper with a new top hat and extended studs. They recommend a 1/4" spacer in the front driver to help level it out from the weight of the gas tank and battery on that side.. My measurements came out perfect after install. Everything came ready to drop in... I was able to do it in my garage myself, and that was the first time I ever worked on suspension.

I though they didn't make the BP51 for the 4th Gen, has something changed?

yeah your right specifically.. I think people have modified it, or it may not even need modification to use the 5th gen/fj kit.
