I purchased an ARB Simspon III new over the summer and have only had the chance to sleep in it 6 nights total. The tent is in like new condition. I purchased the annex room and a CVT anti-condensation mat that is the exact dimensions for it and both will be included.
When the tent was delivered to me one of the bows for the rainfly was bowed and ARB sent me out a whole extra set of bows and a spare fly so the extra parts will be included. The only reason for the sale is I've been offered a deal that is to good to pass up on a James Baroud Evasion and will be picking that up. I use the tent mostly solo or with my 7 year old so ease of setup is a must. The ARB is great but a hardshell is better for my needs.
I'm located in Jacksonville IL. 62650. Heading to the Hoosier National Forest east of Bloomington Indiana on March 10th and could deliver/bring it along
