Are ALL new 4Runners produced at the Tahara plant?

note: goto the link it has the break down of the where the vehicles are made, the 4runner is the highlux surf, its made at 2 diff plants, the primary is the tahara plant, as the hino one is mostly large trucks/vehicles which i presume is for commercial uses and not for personal vehicles.
