Are anyone else's site formatting and icons messed up?

It's been like this for a couple days now for me, on multiple computers and mobile.

Nope, not just you. It has been happening off and on. I notice it more on my phone/tablet for some reason.

Not just you. It's messed up. None of the bowser's I have are working correctly.

What I don't get is there is no response from the admin/mods/owner of the site. As if none of them are here or care.

mine is even worse than yours. NONE of my icons work. everything is jumbled together. my notifications are showing, but I have no way to ACCESS them, or even see which it is. its a mess.

Is it still an issue? If so, can someone give me a link to a page with broken icons? Works fine for me
