Hi guys. I just mashed up the corner of the hood on my 2007 "Sports Edition", along with the usual plastic body panels. (My fault, mostly, and no one got hurt. 
: thank goodness.) I dislike the fake hood scoop. (A lot. For me, it seems sort of like GM putting a lot of Stinkin' Badges and leather on a miserable Chevy Citation, and pretending that turns the useless X-car into a "luxury cadillac". Maybe 13 year old boys are impressed.... I'd prefer a cleaner look.) So, before the shop orders up an SE hood-- which probably costs more anyway,

I'm asking here in hope of getting an answer from somebody who has spent time with these parts and actually KNOWS whether it is "fits like a glove" interchangeable, or isn't. (Please, don't pile on more "I'm guessing.... or "I'd assume...." posts which merely add to this one I've just written.)
