Are Moog sway bar front and rear links any good?

How do they compare to OEMs?

With LBJ I went with OEM since the reviews for Moog LBJ were not good. Wondering if it's the same deal with Moog sway bar links... What do you guys recommend?

I doubt they are close to as good as OEM. At least they aren't as critical as a component as lower ball joints. I don't have a sway bar on right now because my sway bar end links broke. Thinking about going with rear links from a 2nd gen 4Runner. I have read of others doing this due to 2nd gen rears being a little longer then the 3rd gen fronts. Something you might consider if yours if lifted and you take if offroad. I will probably buy some cheap links like Moogs.

Moog front and rear sway bar links are the only Moog items on my '97. They didn't seem to be as mission critical as ball joints or tie rod ends, so I thought I would give them a go, after I had one of the originals snap on the way home from work one day. I've got about 60k miles on them and really haven't had any issues. Of course, my vehicle is a 2WD daily driver that doesn't get to see a dirt road much these days.

Same here. They aren't critical, so no biggie if they break. You can probably buy 5+ sets of Moogs for the price of OEM.

Well if that ain't enough to make you sick..... My son bent a front link a couple of months back and bought a replacement from Advance (or Autozone) - it was ~$50. :moping: Oh well, he needed it right then.....and it was his money, not mine.
