Hey all, I just changed out my OTRE and ITR's. I noticed quite a bit of gunk inside the boot that goes around the inner tie rod, and it didn't seem to be ps fluid.
I replaced one of the boots because it was torn (I taped it closed when I noticed it a while ago), and I finally got a proper banding kit.
So I put some steel bands on there and I noticed if you squeeze the boots there's air that comes out. To me that means they're not sealed, but I made sure they were seated properly.
Any ideas?
