Are those kc daylighters any good?

Was thinking about getting two to mount on the hood mounts. Maybe the spot lights, or driving lights? Could use something to get some light at distance for night time driving. Doesn't need to be ultra bright, just good range.

Can't find any kind of testing videos for the life of me, what's up with that?
