Are Tokico Treks longer than stock?

I'm on the verge of installing my new PP kit and shocks but i don't like the amount I'll have to compress the springs to work with the cheap monroe plus gear. Are the tokico tremasters longer than the stock struts? What happens when you take a stock length strut/shock and match to a Performance products lift?

you'll be fine with the stock shocks. Tokico's are stock length, and there used for 2.5inch lift kits.
