Are you Freakn kidding me. Valve Cover Help!!

Ok, guys here's the scoop. I am in the process of replacing my valve cover gaskets. Trying to be extra careful with the metal sleeves and wouldn't you know it. One of them decides to slide out and fall who knows where. I can't see it any where in the top of the head although the cover was directly over it when it fell out of the bottom.:rant: Here is the question.... IF and I say IF this sleeve fell into the head and continued down into the engine..... What is the chance of this thing causing me issues?

I could be wrong but if this falls through the head will it continue down into the oil pan and if so will just lay there until it comes out in an oil change or the pan gasket is replaced?

Found it..... Really didn't think I could be so excited about finding a small piece of metal as I am about finding that sleeve.
