I know you said you really want an ARB...but have you ever looked at other brands of bumpers? Just looking around, I found a nice one from Outdoor Logic...they start out at $600!! That's only $200 more than you were looking to spend for a grille guard. Several member on here have them...and are well spoken for. The last post I read on these, they were making a rear bumper to match there front!

Yeah that's a great price till I take into account that there are no hoops and no paint exct. I can get the arb for less if I lived in the states. It's a nice option cause it looks decent without the hoops and then I could maybe make some but I think i'd be better off waiting... I am frozen not sure what the hell to do.
