So I have been seeing a few members that are here in Az and figured a thread was needed for us. Thread is intened for meet and greats, setting up off road runs and general 3rd gen discussion.
I will start things off. Im Neal 32 years (in 2 weeks) old born and raised in Mesa area. I am a mechanic, enjoy cars, 4 wheeling, firearms, camping, paitballing and pretry much any outdoor activities. I am looking for people to go wheeling with as i know only 1 other person with a 4wd truck and he just got a rzr 1000 so the truck is not wheeled much anymore Here is my 4runner as it sits now still a work in progress.

Im an Arizonian too. Righ on! :reddance:

Anyways; My real name is Jarom (think Jeremy, but no "y" at the end. Also, not Jerome please). Im 29 until Sunday when I hit the big 3-0.

I was really into IFS Zuks there for a while, but I outgrew them, and we moved on up to a 3rd gen. I have had a number of different rigs before, full size Chevys, 2nd gen T4R, The Zuks, a mostly finished Zuk based buggy, also a very short run at 1st gen Cummins. If you cant tell, I like trucks, and wheelin. My wife has kinda moved me away from hardcore wheelin, :ballchain: (really tho, its totally fine) to more expo style adventures, So i have a lightweight expo trailer build goin at the moment too. Im very mechanical (actually have a degree in that sort of thing) and like to fabricate what ever I can.

My wife and I love camping, wheelin, varmint hunting, shooting (if we can afford it), campfire food, general outdoorsiness, and good company.

Hey Jarom. I have read some of your threads and yeah i saw you are in az and your pics of your zuk wheeling. Sounds like we will get along nicely. I wish i could fad more but i dont have access to tools i need to make things like metal bumpers and racks. My dad is really good with metal fab and machining so i learned a lot from him and self taught a lot as well.

Maybe we can get a local Az 4x4 club for Toyotas going.

I'm in! I always see I really nice 3rd gen ASU Polytech campus! He has a T4R license plate. Who are you!?

Check iu the az club thread in the southwest forum. Im trying to get a day meet and trail run together next sunday. Or jus pm me.
